Refract
Designed by Objects of Common Interest
The Refract vases share a tactile meditation on the beauty of memory – ephemeral, fragile, and changeable like the colours and figures that shift with the movements of a kaleidoscope.

Inspired by memories that fade with time like the colours and reflections in a kaleidoscope, this new collection of vases and mirrors marks the first collaboration with Object of Common Interest. The Refract vases are crafted from coloured, semi-transparent resin repurposed from the production of the mirrors. They explore Eleni Petaloti’s ongoing research — particularly into the prismatic form of crystal — with a keen eye on sustainability.
