Pi-Dou
Designed by Alvino Bagni
Pi-Dou is the re-edition of the eponymous vase designed by Alvino Bagni: its intersecting forms are freely inspired by the iconic pipes that characterise the façade of the famous Centre Pompidou in Paris.

In the late 1970s, after visiting the Centre Pompidou, the Florentine ceramist Alvino Bagni designed Pi-Dou: a vase with a sophisticated, modern aesthetic inspired by the architectural elements that made the museum's façade famous. In this re-edition, Tacchini reintroduces the two intertwined tubular elements and makes them even more futuristic with metallic finishes.
