In this iconic armchair by designer Karen Chekerdjian, bold lines and primitive volumes blend with fine cabinetmaking to convey a sense of strength, solidity and comfort. The base of Elephant is crafted from turned solid wood, carefully worked and smooth to the touch, while the hand-crafted leather structure is completed by a soft goose-down cushion and an ergonomic backrest for an even more welcoming seating experience. The design is enriched with eight new glossy and matte lacquer finishes, creating a refined tone-on-tone harmony, where the surfaces interact with each other through a balanced material and chromatic dialogue.
