The timeless journey between past and present
“At Tacchini great design classics and objects of the present coexist, in constant dialogue with each other. They are two souls that merge and respect each other to furnish spaces with a classic and recognisable style, perfectly balancing between contemporaneity and timelessness.” – Giusi Tacchini

The search for historical pieces – with great masters such as Mario Bellini, Tobia Scarpa, and Gianfranco Frattini – are accompanied by collaborations with contemporary artists to create new furnishings and accessories: past and present almost cancel each other out, creating a suspended dimension and a style destined to last through the years.
Thus, in living, Joe Colombo’s innovative Additional System – a dynamic and flexible modular system that is as “futuristic” today as it was 50 years ago – gives life to a welcoming relaxation corner with Altar, the sculptural coffee table designed by EWE Studio that rediscovers the Mexican artisan heritage through sensorial contrasts and skilled workmanship.
Alongside them, the creations designed by Faye Toogood reinterpret Tacchini’s iconic upholstered furniture with a touch of playful tactile and visual experimentation.
In Tacchini rooms, pieces come from different places and moments merging into a single vision, communicating with each other in spaces where listening, conversation, reading, and conviviality are at home thus, a bond is born that weaves together timeless aesthetics with artisanal excellence entrusted to experience, passion, and materiality. They are environments where you can savour discreet luxury and a balance that harmonises architecture, shapes, and materials with a sense of delicacy, warmth, and lightness. It is a philosophy that becomes the very essence of living, which is enriched with the history of those who live it every day.
From living, you then move on to dining where Clockwise, the majestic table by Michael Anastassiades, invites you to discover the space by dancing, following the steps suggested by the alternating positioning of its legs. At the same time, Paola, a re-edition of a historic chair by Vico Magistretti, invites you to sit down for lunch or an aperitif with friends.
Plates and glasses are nearby, inside Serie 500, the storage unit by Gianfranco Frattini where traditional elements take on new functions and unexpected compartments recall the warmth of home.
